Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 August 2026. These terms apply when you book limewash painting work with us.

Quotes

Every quote is free and valid for 30 days. The price is fixed once you approve it in writing or on WhatsApp. It only changes if you ask for extra rooms, extra coats, or if hidden damage is found behind furniture or old paint. We will always tell you before doing any extra work.

Booking and start dates

We hold your start date once the quote is approved. If you need to move the date, please tell us at least 48 hours before so we can re-plan the team.

Payment

Payment is normally in stages: a deposit to book materials, and the balance on completion. We accept cash, bank transfer and card. A receipt is issued for every payment.

Access and preparation

Please make sure we can reach the walls on the agreed day, and that any building permission or NOC is arranged. We move light furniture ourselves and protect floors, but we ask you to remove valuables, electronics and personal items first.

Natural variation

Limewash is a hand-applied natural finish. Small differences in texture, cloudiness and shade are part of the look and are not defects. Colour also changes slightly as the lime cures over the first few weeks. Sample boards show the character of the finish, not an exact match.

Warranty

We provide a two-year workmanship warranty. It covers lifting, flaking or uneven finish caused by our application. It does not cover damage from leaks, damp coming through the structure, building movement, accidents, harsh cleaning or work altered by someone else.

Snagging

We walk the finished space with you before we leave. Please raise any concern within seven days of handover so we can return and fix it quickly.

Cancellation

You may cancel before work starts. Any materials already mixed or ordered specifically for your colour will be charged at cost.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
